Lauren Anderson

Public Relations

"when all the world's a stage, the show never ends."

With 7 years acting experience under her belt, Lauren takes great joy in being on the executive board of the SHS drama society.

Lauren is the "alter-ego" actress. Basically that means that she likes to play roles that are opposite her personality. Her favorite roles to play are the psycho and the angry character. However, she does have a softer stage-ego as well. She is well adapted to playing the sweet and innocent too. And like so many in the drama society, she loves playing with accents. She'll try any and all of them.

"The best role I have ever played," says Lauren, "was the Cheshire Cat in the SHS winter play 'the Latter Years of Mr. Wolf'. It was cool because the Cheshire Cat has always been my favorite cartoon character. Plus I got to look like a member of the Broadway cast of CATS"
