Hilary Hedemark

Junior Hilary Hedemark broke district records in the 100 yds backstroke in 1:01.15 and in the 200 yds Individual Medley with a time of 2:15.03 during the District 3 Championships in Albany, February 12-13, 1999.

The medley relay team of Hilary Hedemark, MeghannTimms, RachelKemp and Shanna Timms swam to another gold medal performance with an all time best of 2:08.29 which was only .64 seconds off the district record.
