Preliminaries will be swum on Friday, February 13 with the top twelve swimmers advancing to Championship and Consolation Finals on Saturday. Starting time for Friday and Saturday sessions is 9:00 a.m. for warm-ups and 10:00 a.m. for competitions. Finals should be completed on Saturday between noon and 2 p.m.

The team assignment for the District Meet is to provide five runners (three on Friday, two on Saturday). Runners carry time sheets from the official timers to the office after a set number of events have been completed. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer some of the time.

Thursday, February 12 we will travel to Albany as a team, have dinner and check into the La Quinta Inn.  The purpose of the early arrival is to give the team time to relax and focus. The Sales Director for the La Quinta has offered the Sisters High School Swim Team and their families a special price of $ 59.00 plus tax for a double.
