State Testing
The entire middle school has been involved with state testing in April and things are going exceedingly well. The sixth and seventh graders have all been tested in reading and literature and math using TESA system (Technology Enhanced Student Assessment) on the computers. Eight graders have also been assessed in reading and literature and math and recently completed science.

Preliminary results, which are immediate, indicate that a majority of Sisters Middle School students are meeting or exceeding state standards at their grade levels.

This is the first year the middle school has used TESA and students really appeared comfortable using the technology and maintained a positive testing attitude throughout testing.

Results of the recent testing will be available to parents at conferences.
