There are many styles of snowboarding. Like the super pipe the super pipe is a competition is when you are going down a cylindrical bowl basically and it is going down the mountain you need to do a bunch of tricks before you reach the bottom. Another style of competition snowboarding is Free style it is when you go down a  terrain park and you go off a bunch of jumps and do as much as you can before you reach the bottom. Slalom is also a competition sport it is when these poles are stuck in the ground and you have to go around each one and get the best timing of everyone.
