In track there are different events that you can do like shot put, long jump, high jump, hurtles, javelin, pole vaulting, discus, 100 meter, 200 meter, 400 meter, 800, 1600 meter, and more. You have meets about every week. In the meets you pick the different events that you want to do in that track meet. |
