The only child of Earl Woods, a retired US Army lieutenant colonel who fought in Vietnam, and his wife Kutilda, a native of Thailand. Tiger Woods grew up in Cypress, near Los Angeles, California. He attended Western High School in Anaheim, California. At age 16, Woods entered his first professional tournament. He became a professional golfer at the age of 20, under the guidance of coach Butch Harmon.

Tiger Woods has played in a total of 214 major PGA events. He has won 54 out of those 214 tournaments. He has come in 2nd 20 out of 214 and came in 3rd 17 out of 214. Also he has been top 10, 132 out of 214. Tiger has made a total of $65,712,324 in his whole career. Tiger is ranked 10 out of 10 for power, and 8 out of 10 for putting. Tiger has only missed 14 total cuts.

Tiger Woods loves his family! Tiger Woods had the most inspiring person, his dad. His dad just recently died from prostate cancer in May 3, 2006. His mom, Kutilda was a big supporter of him as well. He has just recently married. He married his Swedish girlfriend, Elin Nordegren. Tiger Woods has two half-brothers and one half-sister, from his father’s first marriage. Tiger Woods' caddy is Steve Williams. Steve has caddied for Ray Floyd and Greg Norman.

Woods is currently living in a nice home below at Isleworth in Orlando. He also owns a home in Southern California and a lot at 3 Creeks Ranch, a community in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He has a new home in Hawaii and spends some time while he’s on vacation. Woods is working on a stretch by the Atlantic Ocean to the Intercostals Waterway and is close to the Medalist Club, where he can tee it up against neighbors Greg Norman and Jesper Parnevik, who introduced Woods to his wife, Elin. No one knows how many or what kind of cars he has, but we know he has a lot of Buicks because Buick is a main sponsorship.
