Back in the day,
before you had intelligent shoes with chips in the soles, you wore shoes
just to cover up your feet and keep them warm. The shoes consisted of bark,
leaves, grass, and vines, but were known as moccasins. These kinds of shoes
have been found
in areas such as Japan, Polynesia, and America. Romans were known for the
ability to
make much more durable sandals,
made specifically for war. Their first type
of sandal was
known as the caliga, which exposed the toes. Previous to
the 1800’s, shoes were very glamorous and had fancy jewelry items covering
them. How ever, the 1800’s brought a plainer and milder look. Those were the
years when the slipper was invented, a comfortable yet somewhat durable shoe. Not until
the late 1900’s did the tennis shoe come to popularity. Nowadays,
brands like Nike and Adidas have shoes with a whole mind of their own. Soon,
we might even have
robotic shoes that do
all the work for us.
From the moment I was little, I’ve had an interest in shoes. I always want
the coolest-looking
and most comfortable shoes I can find. However,
prices can be steep, and I’m always looking for a good bargain. So, the
point of this webpage was to give you, the viewer, a little bit more info
about shoes, so you too can know how to find good bargains. What you want is
a nice shoe for a cheap price, and after viewing this
webpage, it will be easier for you to do just that. Whatever the cost, a
shoe is a shoe, so buy what you like, not what you think others will like.
