equipment

dimensions

You need equipment to keep you safe, satisfied, and healthy. What you need, you need

•knee pads to protect you from burns, and bruises,

spandex to keep you cool and comfortable,

•and some kind of running/volleyball shoe, to protect the gym flour and your feet.

You can pretty much play anywhere grass, sand, dirt, gym floor, that’s just a few but there are many more. In school volleyball you have a net and 4 side lines. The dimensions are 18 meters long and 9 meters wide, and the net is 2.24 meters above the ground

  I LOVE VOLLEYBALL

hits

If you want to be successful in volleyball you need to know the right hits, bump, and set. Bumping is one of the easiest things beginners learn. First you put your feet shoulder length apart, your hands should be together thumbs parallel to each other, your knees should be bent, and make sure your eye is on the ball. Make sure to use your legs not your arms, if you use your arms most likely it will go straight up in the air, but using your legs you can bump in the direction you want it to. Setting, is also one of the easiest hits to, but takes a while to master. To set have your feet shoulder length apart, knees bent, and elbows bent and out. Then push up with your legs head under the ball, and point in the direction you want it to go.

I like volleyball because you get to exercise, be with your friends, and most of all have fun! I hope you learned a lot about volley ball and might consider playing, one of my favorite sports, volleyball.
