Boards are an important and necessary part of snowboarding because you need something to ride down on, on the hill. There are better and worse brands of boards. My friends and I all have good boards. Paige has a Burton, M.J. has a Lamar and I have a RIDE. When snowboarders are buying a board it should be about as tall as around your chin and nose. When snowboarders go to a place that sells snowboards it is smart to ask someone who works there to help you out.
