| In my area there are two different snow resorts, Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo. Some people prefer Bachelor and some people prefer Hoodoo. Hoodoo is smaller and less crowded, and Bachelor has more variety of runs and is sometimes crowded. Usually, Bachelor has way better snow. Snowboarders normally like powder and Bachelor gets way more powder then Hoodoo does. Some good places farther away are Mammoth, Big Bear, Tahoe and Whistler. But, those are bigger mountains that are in bigger cities. |
