The cabins were your "home" at Out- door School. You were
recognized at the camp fires and at meals by your cabins. In your
cabins were 4 bunks, 2 closets, 2 windows and a door. You would have up
to 8 kids in your cabin and 1-2 counselors. Each child had a bunk to
sleep in with a mattress. They stored their things in a drawer
that was underneath the bunks or in the closet. In the cabins we had
competitions, for instance how clean you could get your cabin. The
teachers were the judges and bribes were accepted. Don't forget to bring some good treats for the
judges!
