Text Box: Tamarack Cattle

Horses are a large part of Camp Tamarack. 99% of Camp Tamarack campers ride horses while at camp. If you choose to ride horses you ride the same horse every day.

Every day you ride your horse for one hour, and you do ground school for one hour. Ground school is where you groom the horses, feed the horses, clean the stalls, and do any other any necessary jobs that are needed to be done.

When you ride the horses you don't just do what you want, you practice the performance that you will perform for your parents on the last day.

Along with your horse you have the same horse instructor every day. On the first day you work with your group and horse instructor to create your performance.
