Mr. Pilch fixes and provides technology, that is his job. The technology is stuff like phones, computers, servers, T.V.s, and video players (for educational purposes obviously). He also organizes and maintains said technology. Mr. Pilch's favorite part of his job as technology coordinator is fixing things.
As you probably guessed, he is the Technology Coordinator for the Sisters School District. What that means is he is in charge of purchase, repair, maintenance and the continued education of the staff of the entire school district. Wow!
