There have been
really amazing studies that make it obvious that sleep is the best way to
keep healthy. Some people say that it’s best if we have 12 hours of sleep
per night. We know that that’s not going to happen, but it would be nice
if we could get nine. Most of the people I know get about seven hours of
sleep. That’s not good enough, people are getting tired and that’s really
not a good thing. Maybe if we had one day of the week that we got one
extra hour of sleep we would really benefit from that. It is also
effecting kids in sports because they don’t have energy, it could cost
Sisters Middle School a winning game. No one wants that to ever happen. |
