Dr. Irv Givot graduated from the University of California at Berkely in 1966 with a BA degree in biochemistry. He went on to attain a Ph.D. in the same subject at Brandeis University in 1971. He recieved his D.C. at Western States Chiropractic College, which he attended from 1976-1980. He has also taught biochemistry and nutrition courses. Now in addition to his practice at SQUAW CREEK CHIROPRACTIC AND NATURAL HEALTH CENTER, he teaches classes in practical alternative health methods at the Sisters extenstion of Central Oregon Community College. Karen Hayes is the Chiropractic assistant, office manager, and receptionist at SQUAW CREEK CHIROPRACTIC. She is originally from California and has a background in banking and retail management. She has worked at SQUAW CREEK CHIROPRACTIC for almost three years and has learned a great deal about chiropractic, herbal medicine, and alternative health theory and practice.
